Honey Black is a specialty cultivated in the Hualien district on Taiwan's east coast. It is primarily produced there during the summer months. The young leaves are eaten by small grass pickers. The leaves then begin to grow and curl. Simultaneously, the grass picker's saliva reacts with the plant's juices, resulting in a subtle honey note. The result is both flavorful and appealing. The tea is a beautifully formed, elongated, dark brown leaf with a few coppery tips and a slightly curled shape. The powerful, bright cup, with its bronze hues, unfolds an aroma reminiscent of Oolong. Floral notes with a touch of honey and malt delight the palate.

4 to 5 teaspoons per 1 liter. Water temperature: 100 C. 3-5 minutes.

Honey Black est une spécialité dont la culture du district hualien sur la côte est de Taïwan. Ici, il est produit principalement pendant les mois d'été. Les jeunes feuilles sont mangées par de petits saupoudreurs d'herbe. Les feuilles commencent ensuite leur croissance et se frisent. Dans le même temps, la salive du saupoudreur d'herbe réagit avec les jus de la plante et conduit à une légère note de miel. Un résultat à la fois savoureux et appétissant. Une feuille allongée et marron foncé très bien faite avec quelques pointes cuivrées, légèrement bouclés. La tasse puissante et lumineuse dans des tons bronze déploie un parfum rappelant Oolong. Des notes florales avec une touche de miel et de malte gâtent le palais.
