Over the past 40 years, more than 1,600 studies have been conducted on the health benefits of Chaga mushrooms (Inonotus obliquus); as a result, they've been added to a list of powerful herbs called adaptogens that normalize the body's vital functions.

Black garlic is white garlic that's been aged in the sun for a long time, then cleaned and cooked at low temperature and high humidity for weeks. This causes the garlic cloves to turn carbon black and develop a slightly sweet, caramel taste.

This process gives black garlic significantly higher antioxidant levels than white garlic alone. Black garlic is also high in amino acids.

Step 1: Ethically Sourced and Harvested

All of our Chaga is hand-picked from Estonian forests.

Chaga can take up to 20 years to reach full size. These mature Chaga mushrooms have a higher concentration of nutrients because they've had more time to develop potency.

Our experienced pickers select only the mature fruiting bodies of the Chaga, leaving one third of the mushroom attached to protect the tree and allow for another harvest.

Our garlic comes from Estonian farms that use only clean and healthy growing methods—never any chemicals or GMOs.

Step 2: Minimal Processing for Maximum Benefits

With a farm-to-table kind of commitment to purity, our Chaga + Black Garlic capsules are prepared and packaged entirely at our ISO-certified facility (ISO 22000:2018 by Bureau Veritas Eesti OÜ, 2020).

Because nutrients are often lost in heating, we prepare both ingredients at low temperatures to retain maximum levels of antioxidants and other important active compounds. Finally, the Chaga and Black Garlic are ground to an extra-fine powder for better absorption.
