In a medium bowl, combine Balsar Tandoori Masala, lemon juice, yogurt, ginger, garlic, and chili (if using). Marinate the chicken for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator or overnight. Preheat an outdoor barbecue to high heat and lightly oil the grill. Skewer the chicken and grill on the preheated barbecue for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cooked through. Scatter with cilantro leaves and serve with chutney, if desired.
