Licorice PH Balancing Cleansing Toner, a mildly acidic facial toner from the Korean brand Acwell, deeply moisturizes the skin, removes makeup residue, and effectively soothes inflammation, irritation, and redness. This Korean toner helps normalize the skin's pH and provides a gentle exfoliating effect. After using the toner, skin becomes smooth, and its density and elasticity are improved. Contains peony extract and a high concentration of 10% licorice root extract, which act as brightening agents to improve skin tone, combat pigmentation spots and post-acne marks, and restore radiance. Tocopherol (Vitamin E) provides a preventative anti-aging effect and smoothes expression lines. The toner, like a mist or lotion, can be used twice a day (morning and evening) after cleansing. A moisturizing toner with a cleansing foam, serum, and cream can form part of your basic skincare routine. We also recommend complementing your skincare routine (at any time of year) with an SPF sunscreen to protect your skin. Suitable for sensitive skin, too.
