Aegean Centennial New Crop Domestic Production Thin-Shelled Walnuts 0 domestic production, Our delicious walnuts do not leave an astringency or bitter taste in the mouth. Light-colored, thin-shelled Aegean Centennial walnuts, which are cracked open and have a buttery, white, and delicious interior, are obtained from Chandler variety trees grown using good agricultural practices in our own young walnut orchard in the fertile soil of the Manisa Salihli region. They are the harvest crop for October 2024. The walnuts we cultivate and carefully care for for a year are peeled off their green shells on the day they are harvested and dried quickly, away from sunlight. A mechanical system separates empty and solid walnuts, selecting only the ones that are empty. Our walnuts, in 32-38 caliber, are prepared in accordance with food hygiene standards. Net 1 kg, after deducting the tare weight, are sold in jute packaging.
