Place mitt on hand and (one size fits most), wet skin and mitt, apply your favorite soap or cleanser directly to mitt and scrub body in circular motions. Use weekly or daily if desired.

Care: Rinse and wring mitt out after every use and allow mitt to dry in open air.

Replace every 60-90 days for sanitary purposes.
