Birch tar is a traditional antifungal and antiseptic hair product. The shampoo's effect is enhanced by a highly active antiseborrheic component, climbazole (1%), and vitamin PP. Climbazole inhibits the growth of fungi that cause dandruff and prevents its occurrence.
