HATAY HALHALI GREEN OLIVES

Grown in a specific region of the mountain villages of Hatay's Arsuz district, .

Hand-picked from our own gardens, prepared by crushing stones, and completely using ancestral methods and techniques for pickling.

Contains no preservatives or citric acid. We use only Çankiri rock salt and spring water.

You can enjoy our productwith your loved ones with peace of mind.

Our product is currently medium-sweetened. It has a slight bitterness. It is in egg-adjusted water. You can consume it as is, depending on your taste. If you prefer, remove as many olives as you will eat, place them in a separate container, and soak them in water overnight. By changing the water 1-2 times during the waiting period, we ensure that it sweetens more quickly.

As long as the olives remain in brine (rock salt and water), they will retain their freshness and crispness for 1 year.

Koruyucu, limon tuzu içermemektedir. Sadece Çankiri kaya tuzu ve kaynak suyu kullanmaktayiz.
