Andiz Molasses:
It is obtained from the cones of the andiz plant, a pine species most commonly found in the Mediterranean region of Turkey. Bizimhekim Andiz Molasses, produced using only andiz, is produced without exposure to high temperatures, without losing its nutritional properties. It does not contain additives, thickeners, or any non-fruit substances such as glucose syrup. Andiz Molasses contains high amounts of vitamin E and calcium.
