Dadurch werden Schuppenbildung, Rötungen und Juckreiz spürbar reduziert. Anwendung: Vor der Haarwäsche 20–30 ml Kopfhaut-Balsam scheitelweise auf die Kopfhaut auftragen und 10–15 Minuten einwirken lassen. Danach mit Wasser aufemulgieren und gründlich ausspülen. Anschließend das Haar mit einem für das Haar geeignetem Shampoo waschen.
