Note: Depending on the ambient conditions and sugar content, an alcohol content of -20 is obtained.
WARNING!
Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast is an active turbo yeast and may overflow due to its rapid operation. To prevent this, we must leave a 100 volume space in our fermentation vessel.
Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast usage information is as follows:
If fermentation will be done in a demijohn:
12 liters of water
4 kg sugar
50 grams of Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast
50 grams of Alfasol Yeast Nutrition
1 gram of citric acid (lemon salt)
Thoroughly dissolve 4 kg of sugar and 1 gram of citric acid (lemon salt) in 12 liters of water. Once the mixture is complete, pour the sugar water solution into a demijohn. Pour 50 grams of Alfasol Turbo Yeast 50 grams of Alfasol Yeast Nutrition into it and mix a few times. Then, seal the demijohn to ensure no air is trapped, and allow the water to flow through the hose. Thorough insulation should be applied around the hose and the lid.
The recommended fermentation temperature is 25 C.
Under optimal conditions, fermentation takes between 48 and 72 hours. In uncontrolled room conditions, fermentation is completed in an average of 5-6 days, depending on the air temperature.
Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast grows in an oxygenated environment and fermentation stops. In such an environment, it will foam and overflow. If such a situation occurs, we must immediately seal the air leak with silicone, etc.
Because Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast is an active turbo yeast, it prevents fermentation from being suppressed or byproducts formed, even in environments that are not fully sterile. You will obtain a pure end product.
However, since Alfasol Turbo100 Yeast is a fast-acting active yeast, we do not recommend using an airlock (to prevent overflow, etc.). Instead, it is more appropriate to release the yeast into a separate container filled with water through a hose.
If fermentation is to be done in a fermentation tank
•20 liters of water
•6.5 kg sugar
•75 grams Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast
•75 grams Alfasol Yeast Nutrition
•2 grams Citric acid (Lemon Salt)
Thoroughly dissolve 6.5 kg of sugar and 2 grams of Citric acid (Lemon Salt) in 20 liters of water. Once the mixture is complete, the sugar water solution is poured into a demijohn, 75 grams of Alfasol Turbo Yeast 75 grams of Alfasol Yeast Nutrition is poured into it, and mixed several times. The demijohn is then sealed airtight, and the water is released through a hose. Thorough insulation should be applied around the hose and the lid.
The recommended fermentation temperature is 25 C.
Under optimal conditions, fermentation takes between 48 and 72 hours. In uncontrolled room conditions, fermentation is completed in approximately 5-6 days, depending on the ambient temperature.
Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast begins to grow in an oxygenated environment, and fermentation ceases. In such an environment, it foams and overflows. If such a situation occurs, we must immediately seal the air leak with silicone, etc.
Because Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast is an active turbo yeast, it prevents fermentation from being suppressed or byproducts forming, even in environments that are not fully sterile. You will obtain a pure end product.
However, since Alfasol Turbo 100 Yeast is an active, fast-acting yeast, we do not recommend using an air lock (to prevent overflowing, etc.). Instead, it is better to drain the yeast into a separate container filled with some water through a hose.
The -25 C section of your fermentation vessel should be left empty to prevent overflow.
