Apply over face and neck in light, circular strokes. Gently massage until absorbed. Use twice daily, morning and night. Toner: Toners help to shrink pores and restore your skin's pH balance. After cleansing, apply 5-6 drops to a fresh cotton pad. Smooth over entire face and neck region, concentrating on areas of excessive dryness and impurities. Do not rinse off.
