Product Use

Inhale

Drip 3-5 drops of Alpinola Oil into the palm of your hand and rub between both hands. Bring cupped hands to your face and breathe deeply and slowly 4-5 times and repeat as necessary.
For on-the-go use, simply open the bottle, hold it to your nose and inhale.
For prolonged use, drip 5-10 drops onto a tissue, handkerchief or cotton ball, place nearby and allow the oil to evaporate into the air.

Aromatherapy

Use with an essential oil diffuser or humidifier. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
For a more direct approach, drip 15-20 drops into a cup or bowl of steaming hot water. Place a towel over your head and the water and breathe deeply. Close your eyes to avoid discomfort.

Massage

Mix 15-20 drops of Alpinola Oil with ½ cup of a carrier oil - coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil, etc.
