Earl Grey (translated as "Earl Grey") is a name that has inspired many legends. According to one, a Chinese nobleman gave the tea recipe to British diplomat Charles Grey in exchange for a valuable favor. Natural bergamot oil complements the tea's bouquet with vibrant, tart-sweet notes. When brewed, Imperial Earl Grey produces a beautiful caramel-colored infusion; the refreshing resinous-citrus aroma becomes more delicate, balancing the tea's robust, structured flavor. Bergamot oil promotes concentration and improves mood, making Earl Grey ideal for morning tea. This tea pairs beautifully with milk and sugar.
