This leaf, with its many shades of green and brown, is produced exclusively in the highlands of Taiwan. The fermentation process is stopped at the precise moment, allowing only the edges of the leaf to ferment, while the core remains green. This quality is sharper and finer than standard oolongs. The cup shines with brass. The diversity of colors is evident in the brewed tea, where strong variations in intense green and brown hues are also apparent. L'interruption de la fermentation au bon moment ne fait que fermenter les bords de la feuille, le noyau des feuilles reste vert. Cette qualité est plus affûtée et plus fine que les oolongs standard. La tasse brille en laiton. Dans la perfusion, la diversité des couleurs est visible car ici aussi, les fortes différences avec des teintures vertes intenses et brunes sont apparues.
