Pai Mu Tan is considered the most well-known white tea and is gaining popularity. This tea is grown on a tea plant called Chaicha or Narcissus in Fujian Province and is also known as "White Peony." After harvesting, the tea is dried naturally in the sun or in enclosed rooms.
