Certified organic ingredients COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Pour 50g of Amisa oats into a saucepan and add 350ml of milk or water (or a mixture of both) and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
