Common Questions

Cut the dressing to size, place it in boiled water that has cooled to 38 degrees Celsius, then gently squeeze out excess water before applying to the affected area.

How should the dressing be positioned?

The waterproof plastic backing must face away from the skin to prevent moisture from being trapped against the skin.

How often should the dressing be replaced?

The dressing should be replaced after 12 hours.

Can the dressing be applied without water?

Yes, it can be applied as a dry dressing directly to the affected area and then bandaged in place.
