What's Cinnamon?

It's fas-CINN-ating!

Cinnamon is the inner bark of a bushy tropical evergreen tree.
It comes in "quills," strips of bark rolled one in another.
For thousands of years, cinnamon has been used for medicinal purposes.
Before Egypt had pyramids, ancient merchants are said to have carried cinnamon from Sri Lanka to the Middle East-around 3,500 miles!
In Mexico, cinnamon is added to coffee and hot chocolate and also brewed as a tea.
