Production: Our Arborio rice comes from Italy and is grown in the lower part of the stalk. During cooking, it absorbs a lot of liquid while releg a significant amount of energy. It retains a firm, chewy kernel, making it very popular for creamy risotto dishes. Certified organic by the German organic label. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Preparation for 2 people: Sauté a small chopped onion in a little olive oil, then add 150g of Arborio rice and cook until translucent. Gradually add 600ml of vegetable stock and simmer for about 20 minutes over medium heat.
