INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Preparation for 2-3 portions First prepare 450-500 ml of hot stock. Steam the risotto mixture in a pan with a little butter or oil until translucent. Deglaze the rice with a little white wine or stock. Reduce heat and simmer the risotto for approx. 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. Once the liquid has evaporated, gradually pour it with broth. The risotto is ready when the rice is still slightly firm.
