119.75 me TE 100g Antioxidant ActivityIt is a dark-colored honey with a unique, pleasant aroma.
Black EditionWe selected a high-altitude region on the northern side of the Kaz Mountains for the production of the Kaz Mountains Black Honey series. Since there is no vehicle access to the area where our hives are located, which is quite far from industrial zones, residential areas, and agricultural areas, some distance must be walked.
The Department of Medical Biochemistry and the Faculty of Pharmacy of a reputable university have been conducting numerous scientific studies on this honey since 2018. The university prepared an article on its scientific studies, and our article was published in SAGE, the world's most prestigious medical journal, in 2019. Scientific studies are still ongoing.
The Kaz Mountains are one of the rare regions in the world that hosts a community of ecosystems with unique values. Studies show that there are approximately 900 plant species belonging to 101 families. Of these, 73 are endemic, 37 of which occur only in the Kaz Mountains.
