- First, wash your hands. Clean the bottle, lid, and pacifier before use and boil them in a pot of water for 10 minutes.
- Boil the water you will use to prepare Aptamil Prosyneo 3 Child Follow-On Milk for 10 minutes and then let it cool to 40 degrees Celsius.
