Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie

Organic Atlantic dulse: All seaweeds are extremely nutritious but unlike other seaweeds, Atlantic dulse is a powerful force for removing mercury on its own. Atlantic dulse goes deep into hidden places of the digestive tract and gut, seeking out and binding mercury to it, never releasing it until actually leaving the body. In addition to mercury, this incredible seaweed also binds to aluminum, lead, copper, cadmium, and nickel. How much? Eat two tablespoons of flakes daily. Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

? 2 bananas

? 2 cups wild blueberries

? 1 cup cilantro

? 1 cup orange juice

? 1 tsp barley grass juice powder

? 1 tsp spirulina

? 1 small handful of Atlantic dulse (2 Tablespoons Aqua Veggies Organic Dulse Flakes)

? Optional: water or coconut water or fresh orange juice to blend

Directions:

In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy!
