Brazilian green tea harvested from wild sources in Paraná. Green yerba mate grows naturally in the shade of the forests of the state of Paraná. Harvested by hand only every two years, it boasts a significantly higher phytonutrient content than cultivated yerba mate. The leaves are steamed for several seconds to improve their preservation and maintain the yerba mate's beneficial properties and vibrant color. They are then dried, allowed to mature, and inspected to ensure a healthy product. Instructions: 1. Fill the gourd two-thirds full with yerba mate. 2. Mound the yerba mate on one side of the cup. 3. Pour in some cold water and let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Place the bombilla (metal straw) in the gourd. 5. Pour hot water (70-80 C 158-176 F) into the gourd and let it infuse for 2 to 5 minutes. 6. Enjoy! Tip: Drink your tea in an Aromandise cast iron mug to keep it warm. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Thé vert brésilien issu de récolte sauvage au Paraná. Le maté vert pousse naturellement à l'ombre de la forêt de l'état du Paraná. La récolte se fait à la main et n'a lieu que tous les 2 ans, ce qui lui confère un taux de phytonutriments nettement plus élevé que le maté gardé en culture. Les feuilles sont passées plusieurs secondes sous la vapeur afin d'améliorer leur conservation et préserver les atouts du maté et sa belle couleur. Elles sont ensuite séchées, amenées à maturation et contrôlées afin de proposer un produit sain. Utilisation : 1. Remplissez la calebasse jusqu'aux 2 3 avec le maté. 2. Faites un tas avec le maté sur un côté de la tasse. 3. Versez ensuite un peu d'eau froide, puis laissez reposer 2 à 3 min. 4. Déposez la bombilla dans la calebasse. 5. Versez l'eau chaude (70 à 80 C) dans le récipient puis laissez infuser 2 à 5 min. 6. Savourez ! Conseil : Buvez votre thé dans une tasse en fonte de chez Aromandise pour maintenir sa température.
