Used in Japan during the tea ceremony, this Matcha tea is made by grinding green tea leaves extremely finely. This Matcha green tea is made from young, premium Gyokuro tea leaves that are steamed, then dried and ground into a powder using a stone mill. The resulting emerald green powder can then be diluted and whisked in hot water using a green tea whisk. This way, you consume 100 of the tea leaf. This Matcha tea is grown in the Jiangxi province of China and is certified organic by Ecocert. 4 x 50g bags.

Utilisé au Japon lors de la la cérémonie du thé, ce thé matcha est fabriqué grâce au broyage extrêmement fin des feuilles de thé vert. Ce thé vert Matcha est fabriqué à partir de jeunes feuilles de thé de première qualité Gyokuro passées à la vapeur puis séchées et réduites en poudre à l'aide d'une meule en pierre.
