Suggested Use

Add up to 10 drops to your artnaturals diffuser to enhance overall wellness.

DIY: Dilute 5 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage onto neck and shoulders to uplift mood.

Combine 10 drops of bergamot, 6 drops of grapefruit, and 12 drops of lavender, to ½ cup of organic sugar, and ¼ cup of carrier oil. Use as a refreshing body scrub.
