How is Tahini Produced?
As Aslan Susam, we offer you tahini, produced from heirloom sesame seeds grown in this narrow area, using the most meticulous production processes. Before tahini production, all incoming sesame seeds are tested and analyzed in our high-tech laboratories. All raw materials that meet the specified criteria are prepared for production. The sesame seeds are roasted at the optimum temperature. Then, they are ground in our traditional stone mills to become tahini. The ground tahini is then prepared for filling without any additives. Finally, after the meticulous filling process, it is ready for a delicious feast on the table.
