This family-run biscuit factory has been supplying us with its delicious Norman shortbread biscuits, renowned throughout the region and beyond, since 1902. Ingredients: 24 Isigny butter, eggs, flour, and sugar, but the recipe and expertise are kept secret. After making the dough, the shortbread biscuits are cut out and placed one by one on a baking tray. This small 18-toothed cake measures approximately 5 centimeters before baking. It remains for approximately 15 minutes in a refractory brick oven, heated to 180 C. These delicious Norman shortbread biscuits are packaged in 500g boxes in cardboard packaging representing the famous wooden cabins of the Côte de Nacre.✓ 500g box. ✓ Traditional gourmet recipe. ✓ 100 natural. ✓ Artisanal biscuits. Cette biscuiterie familiale nous fournit depuis 1902 ses délicieux sablés normands reconnus dans toute la région et au delà. Après fabrication de la pâte, les sablés sont découpés et placés un à un sur une plaque pour la cuisson. Ce petit gâteau à 18 dents mesure environ 5 centimètres avant cuisson.
