Principle of action
IN-UP spray is a combined insectoacaricidal drug.
The combination of fipronil and S-methoprene, which are part of the preparation, provides a wide spectrum of its contact insectoacaricidal action against fleas (Ctenocephalides felis), lice (Linognathus setosus) and lice (Trichodectes canis, Felicola subrostratus) and ixodid ticks (Ixodes spp., Dermacentor spp., Rhipicephalus spp.) parasitizing dogs and cats.
Fipronil is an insectoacaricide of the phenylpyrazole group, the mechanism of its contact action is to block GABA-dependent receptors of arthropods, disruption of the transmission of nerve impulses, which leads to paralysis and death of ectoparasites.
S-methoprene is an analogue of natural juvenile hormones, causes developmental abnormalities at the egg and larval stages, preventing the emergence of sexually mature insects in places where animals are kept.
After applying the drug to the skin, its active components are evenly distributed over the surface of the body, practically not absorbed into the systemic bloodstream, accumulate in the epidermis, hair follicles and sebaceous glands of the animal, providing a long-term contact insectoacaricidal effect, and also prevent the development of ectoparasites on animals and in places where they are kept.
Contraindications
A contraindication for use is increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug (including in the anamnesis).
The drug should not be used by patients with infectious diseases, recovering and weakened animals.
The drug is used in pregnant and lactating bitches, if necessary, under the supervision of a veterinarian.
It is prohibited to use the drug in puppies under 2 months of age.
Storage conditions
Store the drug in the manufacturer's sealed packaging, separate from food and feed, away from heating devices and fire sources, at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.

Принцип действия
IN-UP спрей относится к комбинированным инсектоакарицидным лекарственным препаратам.
Комбинация фипронила и S-метопрена, входящих в состав препарата, обеспечивает широкий спектр его контактного инсектоакарицидного действия в отношении блох (Ctenocephalides felis), вшей (Linognathus setosus) и власоедов (Trichodectes canis, Felicola subrostratus) и иксодовых (Ixodes spp., Dermacentor spp., Rhipicephalus spp.) клещей, паразитирующих у собак и кошек.
Фипронил - инсектоакарицид группы фенилпиразолов, механизм его контактного действия заключается в блокировании ГАМК-зависимых рецепторов членистоногих, нарушении передачи нервных импульсов, что приводит к параличу и гибели эктопаразитов.

После нанесения препарата на кожу его активные компоненты равномерно распределяются по поверхности тела, практически не всасываясь в системный кровоток, накапливаются в эпидермисе, волосяных луковицах и сальных железах животного, оказывая длительное контактное инсектоакарицидное действие, а также предотвращают развитие эктопаразитов на животных и в местах их содержания.
Противопоказания
Противопоказанием к применению является повышенная индивидуальная чувствительность животного к компонентам препарата (в том числе в анамнезе).
Препарат не следует применять больным инфекционными болезнями, выздоравливающим и ослабленным животным.
Беременным и лактирующим сукам препарат применяют при необходимости под контролем ветеринарного врача.
Запрещается применять лекарственный препарат щенкам моложе 2-х месячного возраста.
Условия хранения
Хранят лекарственный препарат в закрытой упаковке производителя, отдельно от пищевых продуктов и кормов, вдали от нагревательных приборов и источников огня, при температуре не выше 25°С. Во время транспортировки допускается кратковременное замораживание лекарственного препарата, который не теряет своих характеристик после оттаивания.
IN-UP спрей следует хранить в местах, недоступных для детей.
