Our mountain tea is organically grown on Olympus at 1300m. The home of the gods, Mount Olympus, is surrounded by wild nature, high in the mountains and close to numerous mineral water springs. This high altitude zone is considered the natural habitat of Sideritis Scardica and Sideritis Raeseri. The plant likes the sun, fresh air and altitude. The wild plants are harvested by certified organic farmers and are free of additives and flavors. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE To optimally prepare the tea, use 2 grams of tea per 227 ml of water at a temperature of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Celsius. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
