Composition and pharmacological properties.
Dironet 200 is intended for cats and kittens, contains pyrantel pamoate 60 mg, praziquantel 20 mg and ivermectin 0.024 mg in one tablet.
Dose - 1 tablet per 4 kg of animal body weight.
The combination of active ingredients included in the drug provides a wide spectrum of its anthelmintic effect on all phases of development of round and tapeworms parasitizing in cats, including T.
cati, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum, Trichuris vulpis, Echinococcus granulosus, E.
multilocularis, Diphyllobothrium latum, Dipylidium caninum, Multiceps multiceps, Taenia spp., as well as larval stages of development (microfilariae) of Dirofilaria immitis and D.
repens.
The mechanism of action of ivermectin is to affect the magnitude of the current of chlorine ions through the membranes of nerve and muscle cells of the parasite.
The primary targets are glutamate-sensitive chloride channels and gamma-aminobutyric acid receptors.
Changes in chloride ion flow disrupt nerve impulse transmission, leading to paralysis and death of the parasite.
Pyrantel pamoate's mechanism of action is based on blocking nerve impulse transmission at neuromuscular synapses by depolarizing muscle cell membranes, causing paralysis of the nematode's muscular system.
Pyrantel is poorly absorbed, ensuring its prolonged action on helminths in the intestines; is excreted from the body mainly unchanged (93%) with feces.
The mechanism of action of praziquantel is based on the induction of tegument breakdown and inhibition of fumarate reductase, persistent depolarization of helminth muscle cells, disruption of energy metabolism, which causes paralysis and death of cestodes and promotes their elimination from the gastrointestinal tract.

Состав и фармакологические свойства.
Диронет 200 предназначен для кошек и котят, содержит в одной таблетке пирантела памоата 60 мг, празиквантела 20 мг и ивермектина 0,024 мг. Доза - 1 таблетка на 4 кг массы тела животного.
Комбинация входящих в состав препарата действующих веществ обеспечивает широкий спектр его антигельминтного действия на все фазы развития круглых и ленточных гельминтов, паразитирующих у кошек, в том числе Т. cati, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum, Trichuris vulpis, Echinococcus granulosus, E. multilocularis, Diphyllobothrium latum, Dipylidium caninum, Multiceps multiceps, Taenia spp., а также личиночных фаз развития (микрофилярий) Dirofilaria immitis и D. repens.
Механизм действия ивермектина заключается во влиянии на величину тока ионов хлора через мембраны нервных и мышечных клеток паразита. Основной мишенью являются глютаматчувствительные хлорные каналы, а также рецепторы гамма-аминомасляной кислоты. Изменение тока ионов хлора нарушает проведение нервных импульсов, что приводит к параличу и гибели паразита.
Механизм действия пирантела памоата основан на блокаде передачи нервных импульсов в нервно-мышечных синапсах путем деполяризации мембран мышечных клеток, что вызывает паралич мышечной системы нематод. Пирантел плохо всасывается, что обеспечивает его пролонгированное действие на гельминтов в кишечнике; выводится из организма в основном в неизмененном виде (93%) с фекалиями.
Механизм действия празиквантела основан на индуцировании распада тегумента и ингибировании фумаратредуктазы, стойкой деполяризации мышечных клеток гельминта, нарушении энергетического обмена, что вызывает паралич и гибель цестод и способствует их выведению из желудочно-кишечного тракта.
Профилактика дирофиляриоза, а также лечение и профилактика нематодозов и цестодозов кошек.
При цестодозах и нематодозах желудочно-кишечного тракта препарат с лечебной и профилактической целью применяют индивидуально перорально однократно в утреннее кормление в следующих дозах: 1 таблетка «Диронет 200» на 4 кг массы кошек и котят.
