"Dironet" suspension in 1 ml contains the following active ingredients: pyrantel pamoate - 15 mg, praziquantel - 5 mg and ivermectin - 0.006 mg and excipients.

"Dironet" has a wide spectrum nematocidal and cestocidal action, active against round and tapeworms parasitizing dogs and cats, including Toxocara canis, T.

cati, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum, Trichuris vulpis, Echinococcus granulosus, E.

multilocularis, Diphyllobothrium latum, Dipylidium caninum, Multiceps multiceps, Taenia spp., as well as larval stages of development (microfilariae) of Dirofilaria immitis and Dirofilaria repens.

The mechanism of action of ivermectin is binding to glutamate-dependent chloride channels located mainly in the swallowing and somatic muscles.

As a result, the membrane permeability for chlorine ions increases, the transmission of neuromuscular impulses is blocked, paralysis and death of the parasite occur.

The mechanism of action of pyrantel pamoate is to block neuromuscular transmission, disrupt the permeability of cell membranes and inhibit cholinesterase, which also leads to paralysis and death of the parasite.

Состав и фармакологические свойства.

«Диронет» суспензия в 1 мл в качестве действующих веществ содержит: пирантела памоат – 15 мг, празиквантел – 5 мг и ивермектин – 0,006 мг и вспомогательные вещества.

«Диронет» обладает широким спектром нематодоцидного и цестодоцидного действия, активен в отношении круглых и ленточных гельминтов, паразитирующих у собак и кошек, в т. ч. Toxocara canis, Т. cati, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum, Trichuris vulpis, Echinococcus granulosus, E. multilocularis, Diphyllobothrium latum, Dipylidium caninum, Multiceps multiceps, Taenia spp., а также личиночных фаз развития (микрофилярий) Dirofilaria immitis и Dirofilaria repens.

Механизм действия ивермектина заключается в связывании с глутаматзависимыми хлорными каналами, расположенными преимущественно в глотательных и соматических мышцах. В результате увеличивается проницаемость мембраны для ионов хлора, блокируется передача нервно-мышечного импульса, наступает паралич и гибель паразита.

Механизм действия пирантела памоата заключается в блокировании нейромышечной передачи, нарушении проницаемости клеточных мембран и угнетении холинэстеразы, что также приводит к параличу и гибели паразита.

Механизм действия празиквантела основан на нарушении у цестод транспорта глюкозы и микротубулярной функции, угнетении активности фумаратредуктазы и синтеза АТФ, повышении проницаемости клеточных мембран и нарушении мышечной иннервации.

Противопоказания.

Не применять препарат совместно с производными пиперазина, а также беременным и кормящим животным, щенкам и котятам до трех недельного возраста. Собакам пород колли, шелти, бобтейл препарат применять под контролем врача.

Побочные явления.

При применении препарата согласно инструкции побочных явлений и осложнений не наблюдается.

Хранение.

«Диронет суспензию» хранят в закрытой упаковке производителя, в защищенном от света и влаги месте, отдельно от пищевых продуктов и кормов, при температуре от 0°С до 25°С, недоступном для детей и животных.

Порядок применения:

При нематодозах и цестодозах желудочно-кишечного тракта: однократно, индивидуально в утреннее кормление, в дозе 1 мл суспензии на 1 кг массы животного. При дегельминтизации животных массой менее 0,5 кг, непосредственно перед применением к отмеренной дозе суспензии добавляют 0,3 мл кипяченой воды, тщательно встряхивают и дают животному внутрь. Предварительной голодной диеты и применения слабительных средств не требуется. С профилактической целью собак и кошек дегельминтизируют ежеквартально в вышеуказанной дозе, а также перед каждой вакцинацией.

Для прекращения микрофиляриемии у инвазированных животных препарат назначают в терапевтической дозе, один раз в месяц.
