Composition and pharmacological properties

NEFROSPAS in 1 ml contains telmisartan as an active substance - 10 mg and excipients: propylene glycol, maltitol, benzalkonium chloride, purified water.

Telmisartan, which is part of the drug, is a specific antagonist angiotensin II AT1 receptor antagonist, which causes a dose-dependent reduction in arterial blood pressure in mammals, including cats with chronic kidney disease, and a gradual decrease in proteinuria.

Состав и фармакологические свойства

НЕФРОСПАС в 1 мл содержит в качестве действующего вещества телмисартан – 10 мг и вспомогательные вещества: пропиленгликоль, мальтитол, бензалкония хлорид, вода очищенная.

Телмисартан, входящий в состав лекарственного препарата - специфический антагонист рецепторов типа АТ1 ангиотензина II, который вызывает дозозависимое снижение артериального кровяного давления у млекопитающих, в том числе у кошек с хронической болезнью почек, и постепенное уменьшение протеинурии.
