Extra Traditional Lemon Peel Jam

Most of us know how beneficial lemon juice is, but we don't know that lemon peel is even more beneficial than lemon juice, and we usually throw it away after using it. However, lemon peel is 5-10 times richer in nutrients than its juice. We decided to share with you the preciousness of lemons and figure out how to repurpose them instead of throwing them away. We thought about how we could turn lemon peels, which are a bit bitter and difficult to consume directly, into a centerpiece on our tables, and we made a completely natural jam containing 65 fruit. We used only beet sugar, lemon juice, and lemon peel in the making of this jam, which gives our jam its unique aroma and flavor from the lemon's own essence. Limonun suyunun na kadar faydali oldugunu çogumuz biliriz ama limonun kabugunun limon suyundan daha faydali oldugunu bilmeyiz ve genellikle suyunu kullandiktan sonra kabugunu çöpe atariz. Oysa limonun kabugu suyuna oranla 5 - 10 kat daha zengin içerige sahiptir. Bizlerde limonun ne kadar kiymetli oldugunu sizlerle paylasalim ve bunu çöpe atmak yerine nasil degerlendiririz bunu bulalim dedik. Birazda acimtirak olan ve direk tüketimi zor olan limonun kabuklarini nasil sofralarimizin bas taci yapariz diye düsündük ve tamamen dogal 65 oraninda meyve içeren reçel yaptik. Bu reçelin yapiminda sadece pancar sekeri, limon suyu ve limon kabugu kullandik ve bu sebeple de reçelimizin kendine has bir aromasi ve lezzeti limonun kendi özünden gelmektedir.
