When Mut is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are olives and olive oil. Because our region has a microclimate (hot and dry summers, dry and northeasterly winters), the fly insect that causes maggots on the fruit cannot complete its sensory cycle, so maggot infestation is not observed, and there is no need to apply pesticides. Therefore, because our fruits are free of pesticide residue, we produce healthy and natural olives and olive oil.
With the slogan "Health from Olives, Olives from Mut," our naturally grown olives are traditionally hand-harvested and then crushed and slashed in our factory shortly after fermentation.
Green cracked olives, sourced from the fragrant soils of the Mediterranean, are ready for your table. A slice of lemon and red pepper flakes will give you a delicious flavor that will linger on your palate.
As long as olives are kept in the brine (rock salt and water), they retain their freshness and crispness for one year.
You can remove the olives you'll eat from their containers and soak them in water overnight.
If you change the water 1-2 times during the soaking process, they will sweeten more quickly.
