This product contains (321-350) black olives per kilogram, depending on size.

Our product is sold in 2.5 kg tins.

The olives we collect from our gardens in October, November, and December are sorted by size in our factory, then poured into olive cisterns. They are then marinated in a low-salt brine, stone-pressed, and left to ripen. All of our products are produced using the natural fermentation method.

Because they are produced using a completely natural production principle, they ripen completely after a waiting period of approximately eight months. This means that we offer our customers natural olives, flavored through their own natural process, without additives, rather than accelerated ripening olives, also known as heated olives.

Thanks to the fact that we produce all of our products in our own production facility, you will always experience the same unchanged flavor and aroma.

Ürünümüz 2,5 kg' lik teneke ambalajinda satilmaktadir.

Ekim, kasim ve aralik aylarinda bahçelerimizden topladigimiz ürünler, fabrikamizda boylarina ayrildiktan sonra zeytin sarniçlarina dökülür ve az tuzlu salamuralari ayarlanip, tas baskilari yapilip olgunlasmasi beklenir. Tüm ürünlerimiz dogal fermente yöntemi ile üretilmektedir.

Tamamen dogal üretim esasi ile üretilmesinden, sekiz ay gibi bir bekleme süresi sonucunda olgunlasmasini tamamlamaktadir. Bu da demek oluyorki siz müsterilerimize, olgunlasmasi hizlandirilmis bir diger adi ile isitma zeytin yerine kendi dogal sürecinde tatlanmis, katkisiz naturel zeytin sunuyoruz.
