Our Edremit variety green olives, collected from our gardens in September and October, are sorted in screening machines, large-sized olives are selected, washed, and placed in tanks. A brine prepared with water, salt, and citric acid is added to the olives, and natural ripening begins in the spherical tanks. The olive tanks are circulated routinely. No chemicals and or additives are used to speed up the process. Our natural green scratched olives ripen naturally over 6-8 months and are ready to eat. They are packaged in a freshly prepared brine. Since no preservatives are added to the brine, it's important to leave the olives untouched when purchasing, rather than letting them sit in their own water. Olives can spoil quickly due to handling, airborne contamination, etc.

Storage Conditions:
Store in their own water, tightly closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 30 days.
Consumption Recommendations:
If it tastes salty, you can reduce the salt content by removing the amount of brine you want to consume and soaking it in drinking water.
You can season it with olive oil, lemon, and spices.
