PUMPKIN SEED OIL
Pumpkin seeds contain 35-45 oil. This oil consists of unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic, stearin, and palmitic acid). They also contain albumin, carbohydrates, copper, zinc, iron, phosphorus, calcium, manganese, magnesium, potassium, selenium, B1, B2, B6, C, D, vitamin E (30 mg per 100 mg of seed oil), vitamin A, phytosterol, rare amino acids (citrulline, cucurbitacin), sgualene, and phytoestrogen.
The main active ingredients for health are DELTA-7 STEROLS (SITOSTEROL) AND CUCURBITASIN. Clinical studies have shown that these active ingredients are effective in preventing the conversion of testosterone to dihydrate testosterone (DHT) by inhibiting the 5-alpha ductase enzyme.
NETTLE:The leaves of the nettle contain both iron and vitamin C, which aids iron absorption. The plant also contains other minerals, including calcium and potassium, as well as phenols and flavonoids. The stinging hairs, from which the nettle owes its name, are largely composed of silicon and contain histamine, serotonin, and acetylcholine. The roots are rich in polysaccharides, lecithin, phenolic compounds, and sterols. Applying nettle to urticaria or problematic areas of the body is an ancient treatment used to relieve aching joints due to rheumatism. Recent studies in Germany have revealed that the leaves of the plant have very strong anti-inflammatory properties. Nettle juice is an appetite stimulant, provides iron, and is a good hydrocodone for fatigue. You can use nettle juice for eczema and acne, and it can also help with oily scalps and dandruff.
