To prevent clumping, mix the apple pectin with sugar in a 1:1 ratio. To test the correct dosage, place a drop of jam on a plate and put the plate in the refrigerator. Once chilled, you can check the consistency. If the jam is still too runny, add a little more water and bring it to a boil. Our apple pectin is sugar-free and 100 pure apple pectin.
