It is a fixed oil obtained by cold pressing method. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C. It is recommended to consume 1 teaspoon per day. It is suitable for hair and skin use. Cold pressing method is a physical process and does not include a chemical process or solvent extraction (hexane) processes.
