Attun is our local (Hatay) olive. Its pit is small and fleshy.Attun Black Olives are obtained from olives that ripen and fall to the ground, rather than being picked from the tree branches starting in September. Tarpaulins are opened under the trees in August to prevent damage to the ripe Attun Black Olives. The Attuns collected from the tarpaulins are salted and ready for consumption. Attun Black Olives are completely handmade and contain no additives or preservatives.
