They are a range of 38 individual flower remedies. With the exception of Rock Water, the Bach Original Flower Remedies are flower essences ?prepared from single wild flowers and tree blossoms.? Each remedy is used to gently balance out a specific negative emotion.? DIRECTIONS To take more than one remedy at once in your own unique combination, add two drops of each of the remedies chosen to a 30ml mixing bottle and top up with spring water.
