This green tea is carefully handcrafted by experienced artisans who select and arrange the finest large tea buds, tying them with silk thread in a peony shape. The leaves are grown deep in the mountains. Partially air-dried and then gently roasted, this tea is smooth and refreshing. It is recommended not to use boiling water for this delicate tea. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Steep the tea at a temperature close to boiling for 2 to 3 minutes. This tea produces a pale gold liquid with a sweet aroma and a deliciously smooth, floral taste. While brewing methods vary widely depending on the tea and individual preferences, 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea is recommended for every 150 ml of water. The ideal water temperature for this type of tea is between 70 C and 80 C. When brewed, the tea powder is yellow in color.
