- When you receive the product, check that it is frozen at -18 degrees. Otherwise, please contact BARFTR officials.
- There is dry ice in the styrofoam box. Please do not touch the dry ice with bare hands.
- Consume the product after thawing it at 4 degrees Celsius. Consuming it cold or with ice is not recommended.
- The product is a raw food diet. Heat treatment is not recommended.
- Consult your veterinarian and BARFTR officials regarding your pet's daily intake. Your pet's daily intake varies depending on their activity levels during summer and winter.
- Do not refreeze the product after it has thawed.
- If you have any additional problems, please consult a BarfTR veterinarian or authorized personnel.
