Indications for use:
BARS insectoacaricidal drops are intended for the treatment and prevention of diseases in dogs and cats caused by fleas, ixodid ticks, lice, scabies and trombidiform mites, as well as for the complex treatment of allergic dermatitis caused by flea bites, and protection against dipteran blood-sucking insects.
The drug is effective against the following types of ectoparasites:
Fleas: Ctenocephalides canis, Ctenocephalides felis.
Lice: Linognathus setosus, Trichodectes canis, Felicola subrostratus.
Ticks: Cheyletiella yasguri, Sarcoptes spp., Notoedres cati, Otodectes cynotis, Demodex spp., Dermacentor marginatus, Dermacentor reticulatus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Ixodes ricinus.
Contraindications:
It is not recommended to use the drug in case of hypersensitivity to its components, as well as in animals with infectious diseases and weakened animals.
Do not use in case of perforation of the eardrum.
Animals weighing less than 2 kg should be treated under the supervision of a veterinarian.
The drug should not be used in puppies and kittens under 8 weeks of age, as well as in pregnant and lactating animals, unless recommended by a veterinarian.
After treatment, it is recommended to avoid petting the animal or allowing it near children for 24 hours.
Dosage and administration:
BARS insecticidal acaricidal drops are applied once to dry, intact skin.
Before use, lightly tap the tip of the dropper to ensure all contents fall into the main reservoir.
Then break off or twist off the tip.
Part the fur and apply the solution to the skin in several points along the spine (from the ears to the shoulder blades), avoiding contact with the fur.
For puppies and dogs weighing up to 20 kg, use 2-4 points; for dogs weighing over 20 kg, use 4-6 or more points.
Choose a pipette of the required volume depending on the animal’s weight:
Up to 10 kg – 0.67 ml or 1 pipette.
From 10 to 20 kg – 1.34 ml or 1-2 pipettes.
From 20 to 40 kg – 2.68 ml or 1-2-4 pipettes.
From 40 to 60 kg – 4.02 ml or 1-3-6 pipettes.
Do not wash the animal 48 hours before and 24 hours after treatment.
Bathing without shampoo does not affect the effectiveness of the product.
To remove ixodid ticks, apply 1 drop of the product to the tick and the attachment site.
If the tick does not fall off within 20-30 minutes, carefully remove it with tweezers and destroy it.
To treat otodectosis, clean the ears of wax, exudate, and scabs.
Then, instill 4-6 drops of the product into each ear.
Fold the auricle lengthwise and gently massage the base.
Apply the remainder of the product to the skin between the shoulder blades.
For complicated otitis, prescribe antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agents and repeat treatment after 7-10 days, administering the product into both ears.

Препарат эффективен против следующих видов эктопаразитов:

Дозы и порядок применения:
БАРС капли инсектоакарицидные наносят однократно на сухую и неповрежденную кожу.
Перед использованием слегка постучите по кончику пипетки, чтобы все содержимое попало в основной резервуар. Затем отломите или открутите кончик. Раздвиньте шерсть и нанесите раствор на кожу в нескольких точках вдоль позвоночника (от ушей до лопаток), избегая попадания на шерсть.
Для щенков и собак весом до 20 кг используйте 2-4 точки, для собак весом более 20 кг – 4-6 и более точек.
Выберите пипетку нужного объема в зависимости от веса животного:
До 10 кг – 0,67 мл или 1 пипетка.
От 10 до 20 кг – 1,34 мл или 1-2 пипетки.

При лечении отодектоза очистите уши от серы, экссудата и струпьев. Затем закапайте в каждое ухо по 4-6 капель препарата. Сложите ушную раковину вдоль и слегка помассируйте основание. Остаток препарата нанесите на кожу между лопатками. При осложненном отите назначьте антибактериальные и противовоспалительные средства и повторите обработку через 7-10 дней, вводя препарат в оба уха.
