: We produce sun-dried grapes, which are produced in very small quantities in Turkey, even in very small quantities.
We dried the grapes in the sun without using potassium.
From the first moment of grape production until they arrive at your home, not a single gram of pesticide or chemical pesticide was used.
We cut the grapes fresh and spread them out in open areas to dry in the sun.
We left them to dry in the August-September heat for approximately 40 days.
Grapes dried solely by the sun have a wonderful aroma.
Drying grapes without using potassium is incredibly risky.
Even with potassium, producers normally consider drying grapes a significant risk.
Because it must not rain during the drying period, the air must not be humid, and the location where you lay the grapes is very important.
Grapes dried using potassium are ready in approximately 6-7 days.
The grapes we dry are ready in 40 days.
One rainfall during this period could destroy the entire crop.
Sun-dried grapes have a unique aroma and taste.
.
They have a quality impossible to find on the market.
These are vineyards planted 60 years ago.
In vineyards over half a century old, we produce the world's highest quality sultana seedless grapes.
We did not use any pesticides, chemical pesticides, yield enhancers, or hormones during production.
To ensure the highest quality of the grapes, no irrigation was used and they were strengthened solely by the fertility of the soil.
Why didn't we irrigate the grapes? Irrigation isn't a bad thing, but it negatively affects quality.
When grapes are irrigated, yield increases and the grape berries grow larger.
Grape berry diameters increase.
The growth caused by irrigation is actually artificial growth.
Grapes without irrigation have smaller berries and taste great.
Why is the color black? The common color for seedless raisins is yellow.
In fact, the more yellow, closer to golden, the higher the quality is considered.
However, it is potassium that makes the grapes yellow.
The potassium used during grape drying reduces the direct effect of the sun on the grapes and ensures their yellow color.
Potassium and olive oil are also used to brighten the yellow color.
However, if the raisins are dried directly in the sun, they become black.
The raisins we produce without chemical additives are smaller than those available on the market.
Since they are not irrigated, they are not very large.
They leave a burning sensation in the throat when eaten.
They are black in color.
Sun-dried grapes.
Dried without any additives.
Produced from 60-year-old vineyards.
Why is there trash on the top of raisins? Grapes are dried in bunches, and after drying, the branches from the bunch are thrown away.
However, the small trash on the top remains on the grapes.
Sorting these grapes is only possible with industrial machinery.
Since we are against industrial production and processing, we ship with the tops intact.
From the seller: The grapes are dirty, as seen in the picture.
Please pay attention to this when purchasing.
The grapes are the new season's harvest (2023-2024).
