Produced by the white blood cells as part of the body’s natural defense mechanism against pathogens, Hypochlorous Acid is fast-acting against the microorganisms responsible for common eye ailments, including styes and blepharitis.

Double Strength Formulation

At 0.02% strength Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), our hypochlorous eyelid cleanser solution is twice as powerful as most competitive eye spray products on the market, who usually formulate at 0.01% HOCl.


Hypochlorous Acid (HOCI) Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) is a 100% natural substance which is released organically from the body's neutrophil cells. Hypochlorous Acid functions in the body as a cleansing agent, rapidly neutralizing contaminants, toxins, and inflammatory mediators.
