All colors are intermixable, creating an infinite variety of shades. Directions for use: 1. Permanent coloring. Picasso Color Range ammonia-free cream hair color is mixed with an oxidizing agent of 3%; 6%; 9% in a ratio of 1:1.5. Development time: 30-35 minutes. Lasting result up to 4 weeks. 2. Toning. Picasso Color Range ammonia-free cream color is mixed with 1% oxidizer in a 1:2 ratio. Development time: 20-25 minutes. Lasting results last up to 2-3 weeks.
