The medicinal product Fipronnika is effective against all phases of development of ixodid ticks (Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Ixodes ricinus, I. hexagonus, I.
scapularis, Dermacentor reticulatus, D. variabilis, Amblyomma americanum, Haemaphysalis spp., including Haemaphysalis longicornis, Haemaphysalis flava, Haemaphysalis campanulata, Haemaphysalis leachi), mature and preimaginal phases of development of fleas (Ctenocephalides felis and C.
canis), sarcoptic ticks (Sarcoptes scabiei, S. canis, Otodectes cynotis, Notoedres cati), lice and lice (Felicola subrostratus, Trichodectes canis, Linognathus setosus); acts on all stages of development of tapeworms (cestodes), including Echinococcus multilocularis, chinococcus granulosus, 2Taenia spp., Mesocestoides spp., Dipylidium caninum, Diphyllobothrium latum and others, parasitizing in dogs and cats.
It is not recommended to use the drug in animals under 16 weeks of age and weighing 2 kg or less.
The drug Fipronnika is used in animals at any time of the year individually orally once during feeding (with food) or immediately after feeding at a dose of 1.5-3 mg fipronil and 5-10 mg praziquantel per 1 kg of animal weight.
The drug Fipronnika provides protection against ticks and fleas for 4 weeks. If necessary, repeat the treatment of the animal after 4 weeks.
